About me as a trainer
I have trained thousands of people in different fields and acted as a speaker at numerous events related to immigration, the service system and multicultural encounters.
As a trainer, it is important for me to make legislation, official processes and the Finnish service system understandable using real examples, practical experience and up-to-date information. I strive to connect research and statistical information to the everyday life of immigrants, professionals working with them, and employers.
Training is not about opinions, but about information. My goal is to increase understanding, correct common misconceptions, and provide practical, fact-based information about immigration and the Finnish service system to people who need it in their work or everyday life.
